I haven’t been around much lately, I know. A short while ago we lost my Father-in-law, Jack Wildman, and his passing has left a large hole in my Southern Family. Jack was one of the last of his kind, having left home at an early age to ride the railroads with his guitar and his cousin. Jack lived to the age of 89. He was my father-in-law and my friend. As for the written word, I’ve been keeping busy. I have a few requests for submissions, and the new novel is coming along nicely. More on that front next time.
